Payment can be made via Paypal or Nochex at no extra charge or cheques can be made payable to “Karen Wilkinson” and sent to 11/4 Darnell Road, Edinburgh, EH5 3PQ. Payment must be made before items are posted to you.

If you require a custom-made piece of jewellery please contact us with your requirements and we will work together to achieve the perfect result. A 40% deposit must be paid before any work commences with full payment being made before item posted. Photos of piece will be emailed to you to confirm that you are happy with the design. A time limit of maximum 21-28 days will be given depending on resources available. Please note that if the custom-piece is returned we reserve the right to refund 60% of total to replace stock & time spent making the item.

Alterations can be made to most items shown on the website but a small charge of £2.50 will be levied for this service.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and if for any reason you are not happy with the goods please do contact us immediately with your concerns. Unwanted items must be returned with 7 days of purchase, unworn and within it’s original package. We will replace any goods that are faulty (within a reasonable time limit) free of charge or they can be exchanged. For hygienic reasons earrings cannot be exchanged.
